The Quilty Cup

Boonah is surrounded by national parks, including Mt French which is just a stone's throw from the town.  Many have well formed walking tracks, barbeque areas and amenities blocks.

The view northward from one of the peaks overlooking Moogerah, part of the Scenic Rim.  In the centre right is Lake Moogerah and Mt Edwards (the pyramid) and Mt French at right rear.  Boonah lies at the foot of Mt French.  Ipswich (not visible) is in the far distance at the top of the picture.
