CONSTITUTION NOTICE and the new DRAFT
VERA CONSTITUTION. The notice explains the changes proposed to the
constitution in the motion that will be presented at the AGM for members to vote
on. The draft is the 2001 constitution with the changes made so everyone
can see the end result if the motion passes. All members should review prior to
the AGM.

RIDE ORGANISERS: When submitting your Ride Application Form, you also need
to submit a Ride Affiliation Form. (This is the same form that was used
